BRIEF.

To translate the newly defined corporate identity of Speak For into a fully functional, highly customized e-commerce platform and cohesive digital ecosystem.

The goal was to build a website that reflects their core philosophy of holistic leadership while providing a seamless, automated purchasing experience for their events, retreats, and products.

What.

As the Web Designer and Developer, my role encompassed the complete website build, custom coding, e-commerce integration, and digital communication strategy.

I pushed beyond standard platform limits by writing custom HTML and CSS to meet specific, complex demands, while also collaborating with the founder to execute a targeted social media and newsletter strategy.

WHY.

Speak For offers transformational, high-ticket experiences like the upcoming Symposium 2026.

A standard, out-of-the-box website layout was not sufficient to handle their complex event programming and unique sales requirements.

The brand needed a digital presence that felt authentic, deep, and grounded, while possessing advanced, custom-built logic to automate sales and elevate the user experience.

HOW.

Custom E-Commerce Integration: Built and integrated a tailored webshop designed around their specific demands, programming custom options and variables directly into the shop interface for a frictionless checkout process.

Advanced Code Injection: Wrote and implemented custom HTML and CSS throughout the entire site. This automated specific design rules and functional elements, ensuring the site behaved exactly as the brand required.

Bespoke UI/UX for Complex Data: Developed custom code specifically for the Symposium "Program" section, creating a dynamic, highly readable, and user-friendly interface that standard templates could not achieve.

Conversion Optimization: Strategically implemented automated touchpoints—including custom-designed pop-ups and footer integrations—to maximize highly-qualified newsletter sign-ups.

Social Media & Digital Strategy: Partnered directly with the founder to orchestrate the content rollout, including an 8-speaker announcement series on LinkedIn and Instagram to drive traffic directly into the newly built sales funnel.

Impact.

CODING INNER CLARITY.

The core challenge of this project was marrying the profound, holistic nature of Speak For with highly technical backend requirements. The brand focuses on "inner clarity," but selling multi-tiered event tickets and retreats requires rigid, complex e-commerce logic.

By writing custom HTML and CSS, I was able to break free from rigid platform constraints. Whether it was engineering a completely custom event program layout or programming bespoke purchasing options inside the webshop, the code was utilized to make a complex user journey feel completely effortless.

The resulting digital infrastructure ensures that the technology never gets in the way of the message—creating a sophisticated, automated space that doesn't just process transactions, but actively nurtures a growing community of mindful leaders.
