Strategic Content
Web Design & Copywriting
BRIEF.
To lead the third strategic evolution of the studio's digital identity.
This rebrand aimed to harmonize the dual nature of the atelier, acting as both a rigorous academic center and a premium artistic space, while maximizing local visibility through advanced SEO performance.
What.
As a long term strategic partner I acted as the Web Designer and Content Lead.
My role was to distill the studio's complex offerings into a refined and intuitive User Experience, managing the entire pipeline from Content Management to the narrative direction and SEO strategy.
WHY.
The challenge was to balance the prestige of a Master Ceramist with the practical needs of a teaching studio. The goal was to create a digital home that honors Kremena’s artistic legacy while offering a clear and accessible structure for students to explore her diverse curriculum.
HOW.
Content Management: I curated the diverse academic programs including regular classes and specialized masterclasses into a cohesive CMS collection. This brought immediate clarity to a previously fragmented offer.
Interaction Design: We made a distinct choice to prioritize human connection. Instead of automated booking I designed a tailored User Experience that encourages a personal exchange. This respects the artist's wish to speak directly with every future student.
SEO & Storytelling: To drive local visibility I moved beyond standard keywords to craft culturally rich Blog articles such as Fribourg: A City of Earth and Fire. This strategy anchors the studio within the city's geological and artistic heritage to capture local search intent.
Visual Archive: Integrated the artist’s complete portfolio tracing a timeline from antique restoration to contemporary performance.
UX & Reorganization: I audited the existing content and restructured the Information Architecture to separate the "Artist" (Bio, Press, Creations) from the "Teacher" (Planning, Courses).

CORE DESIGN
PRINCIPLES.
BRAND CLARITY:
Established a clear, professional visual identity that reflects the Master status of the artist.
THE STRATEGY THE PERSONAL TOUCH:
In an era of instant booking we chose the luxury of conversation. The Approach: Kremena’s teaching relies on a personal dynamic. I designed the User Journey to guide visitors toward a detailed contact form rather than a "Buy Now" button.
THE UX REDESIGN MINIMALISM & FUNCTION:
I stripped away the clutter to focus on the essential: the Artist, the Work and the Schedule. The new navigation prioritizes the user's need for information. The "Planning" and "Courses" sections were redesigned to be scannable at a glance, allowing users to instantly see availability, a crucial fix from the previous setup. This was complemented by an updated LinkedIn presence to drive professional traffic to the new funnel.
THE RESULT:
This approach respects the pedagogical relationship from the very first click. It ensures that every administrative interaction is actually a human one perfectly matching the studio's philosophy of craftsmanship and care.

THE VISUAL EVOLUTION:
Tracing the studio's digital maturity over a five year strategic partnership I guided the Studio through three distinct phases of growth.
We evolved the interface to reflect the rising prestige of the artist, moving from a simple information listing to a fully immersive brand experience that aligns her digital presence with her status as a Master artist and teacher.
TESTIMONIALS.
« Nona took the vast collection of my work and transformed it into a clear, living narrative. She understood that for me, teaching is about relationship, not transaction.
The platform she built respects my history as an artist while naturally attracting the right students to the studio »
