BRIEF.

To elevate the entire digital ecosystem for Switzerland’s national dance network and its major festivals.

The mandate was to increase visibility, build a deeply engaged community, professionalize the brand identity, and ensure the successful promotion of dozens of artists and events across three distinct entities.

What.

I was the Social Media Manager & Digital Strategist for RESO, Switzerland’s national dance network. My role was to elevate their entire digital ecosystem, managing the brand and its major festivals across all platforms.

WHY.

RESO’s digital presence was fragmented. The strategic goal was to transform it from a simple announcer into a unified, compelling digital storyteller and building a deeply engaged community across three distinct entities:

  • @resodansesuisse (The main network)

  • @swissdancedays (For international professionals)

  • @tanzfest_fetedeladanse (For the general public)

HOW.

To achieve this, I developed and executed a multi-pronged strategy.

STRATEGIC BRANDING & FOCUS

My primary strategic challenge was to unify RESO's main brand. It needed a cohesive visual system that could adapt to its many diverse sub-projects. Through team workshops and strategic planning, I developed a new, minimalist brand identity.

This system was then applied to initiatives like the «Tanz goes Schule» Podcast, Forum Dance, Open Scape, and projects for 'développement du public,' ensuring each had a professional, distinct, yet connected voice.

Working with the brand identity delivered by the agency DNA (dna.work), I led the complete social media strategy for Swiss Dance Days. I adapted their designs to craft all content, building the campaign around authentic artist interviews.

My management role covered the full pipeline: I collected all material, directed my junior colleague, and managed community engagement.

We prioritized accessibility, ensuring all text was clear and videos were fully subtitled.

To guarantee the event's success, I executed and optimized all paid media campaigns, playing a key role in selling out 26 shows. This involved consistently meeting performance goals through meticulous, cent-for-cent budget deployment across extended cycles.

This grew a highly-engaged community of 1,000+ followers in 3 months, leading directly to a 100% event sell-out.

My role with Das Tanzfest evolved over two years. I began as the main lead for the national social media strategy (80+ posts/year), coordinating with all participating cities. After a successful first year, I transitioned to a strategic lead, training a junior colleague to manage daily operations. This allowed me to focus on new initiatives, including the successful launch of their TikTok channel.
